7 out of 10 IRIS clients would recommend IRIS business and healthcare software

We are delighted to tell you that you think we are even better than ever. In December we surveyed over 900 IRIS clients and asked if you would recommend IRIS. An incredible 7 out of 10 of you said that you would recommend IRIS payroll software and healthcare software.* 

We’re not however prepared to stop there and we will continue to take on board your feedback and look at ways that we can exceed your expectations. You said that you are continually impressed by the low call waiting times when you need support, that you find all our staff helpful and that you think our software helps drive your business growth.

Respondents to the survey were given the chance to enter a competition to win an Amazon Kindle. We are pleased to announce that it was won by Chantelle Heaven from Woodside Health Centre. 

*IRIS SME Solutions randomly sampled the customer base and used the Net Promoter Score survey to measure the number of customers who would recommend IRIS Small Business Software and GP Software. 973 of IRIS clients completed the survey and we received a Net Promoter Score of 65.5%.
