look after the welfare of more than 15,000 patients.P>
One of the Managing Partner’s many tasks is to manage the
payroll for the practice’s 6 partners, 7 salaried GPs and 50 staff.
Gwyn Jones joined the practice in 1993 with no direct NHS
experience. This was crucial for the partners; they considered his
